GCS Running Sessions

GCS Running Sessions form a very important part of our overall Group Conditioning Sessions (GCS). Running helps to build up our aerobic fitness and improves our lung capacity , making a hard trek easier and enabling us to enjoy our outdoor holiday more.

Our running sessions started as early as June 1998 and come rain or shine, it's running day every Wednesday evening along the Singapore River.

From 3 km to 10 km, there is a distance for everyone. We jog mainly to keep fit and not for any competitive reason so do join us if you wish to have some company for your runs. Who knows, you may just be game enough for the 20K or even the full marathon at the end of the year ... !

( $3 per entry after 5pm )

Remarks: No pre-registration needed. Just turn up at 7pm or slightly earlier !

Changing facility ( toilet / changing room ) are available in our office itself and you can store your baggage at our office when we go for our run. After our run, we always proceed to have our dinner at one of the many coffeeshops near our office.

Join us weekly for our jogs and let's all aim for the 10K, Half Marathon or even the full Marathon at the end of the year !!!
