Group Conditioning Sessions (GCS)

Note to Participants:

Group Conditioning Sessions (GCS) are complimentary training sessions specially organized by Blazing Outdoor Adventurers & Co Pte Ltd (BOAC) and/or its organizers for members to prepare them physically and psychologically for their outdoor adventures.

BOAC and/or its organizers will assume no responsibility, in any form whatsoever, for the eventual physical and/or mental preparedness of each and every participant. All participants are wholly responsible for their own attendance at GCS, and subsequently, their personal and individual physical/mental fitness and preparedness. BOAC merely facilitates as trainers for the respective programs.

All participants are deemed to have declared truthfully, and not withheld any relevant information on any previous and/or current injuries sustained, illness inflicted and/or medical allergies, in BOAC's Activity Application Forms, prior to participation in the GCS as well as the respective program. Any non-disclosure will be for participants' own risk and liability, and participants may not hold BOAC and/or its organizers liable or responsible, nor claim any compensation and/or benefits whatsoever, should there be any injury, of any form whatsoever, arising from such withholding of information.

Release and Indemnity Agreement

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in BOAC's GCS (and/or related activity) on my own accord. In doing so, I acknowledge that I may be subjecting myself to possible risks and hazards which could result in illness, injury or death. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be available while I am participating in this activity.

In consideration of my participation in the GCS, I agree to assume all risks of illness, injury or death and agree not to sue and to release from liability and indemnity Blazing Outdoor Adventurers & Co Pte Ltd (BOAC), its organizers, its program facilitators and/or other persons and/or entities involved with this activity, from all actions, claims or demands for injury or damage regardless of the cause resulting from my participation in the said activity.

I have carefully read this agreement. I understand that this is a release of liability and a contractual agreement between Blazing Outdoor Adventurers & Co Pte Ltd (and its organizers) and myself

I hereby acknowledge and sign this agreement of my own free will.

Please print out this agreement, sign it, and submit to BOAC facilitator before taking part in any of our Group Conditioning Sessions (GCS). If you join our GCS without signing this indemnity form, you shall also not hold BOAC responsibilty should you suffered from any loss(es) of whatsoever nature.
